- He is introduced as "the first fighter, the warrior of the Wastewander, the Ayatollah of Kaja-Cola". This is an obvious reference to Lord Humongous, the villain of the Mad Max 2 movie, which is introduced as "the Warrior of the Wasteland! The Ayatollah of Rock and Rolla!"
