Rank 2	Concentrated Flame now burns the target for an additional 75% of the damage or healing done over 6 sec.; Ancient Flame now does an additional 25% damage or healing.
Rank 3	Concentrated Flame now has 2 charges.; Ancient Flame can now stack up to 3 times.
Rank 4	Concentrated Flame gains an enhanced appearance.

The Crucible of Flame is an Azerite Essence obtained through the quests to unlock the Heart Forge.

Rank 2 is learned from [Dreamglow Dragonscale], a reward from [50] The Stuff Dreams Are Made Of (quest line begins with [50] In Darkness, I Dream, available after reaching level 54 on your Heart of Azeroth).
Rank 3 is learned from [Tempered Scale of the Scarlet Broodmother], a reward from [50] In the Shadow of Crimson Wings (quest line begins with [50] Investigating the Highlands, available after reaching level 60 on your Heart of Azeroth).

The subject of this section could only be obtained prior to patch 9.0.1.

Rank 4 is learned from [Charged Scale of the Blue Aspect], a reward from [120] A Bolt from the Blue, which is available after reaching level 70 on your Heart of Azeroth.

Hotfix (2020-02-13): Changing a Minor Essence while The Crucible of Flame (Essence) is equipped in the Major Slot no longer causes Concentrated Flame to go on cooldown.
Hotfix (2019-07-17): Placing The Crucible of Flame in the Major Slot during Arena and Battleground preparation no longer causes it to incur a 30 second cooldown.
Hotfix (2019-07-02):
- Applying the Crucible of Flame Essence's debuff, Ancient Flame, no longer removes a rogue from Stealth.
- Crucible of Flames' (Essence) Minor Power no longer procs when casting abilities that apply crowd control to a target.
Patch 8.2.0 (2019-06-25): Added.
