Notes
- The world quest starts upon entering the Ruins of Nar'thalas.
- Kill: Hatecoil Riptail, Hatecoil Stormcallers, Naga Brutes, Hatecoil Harpooners. Captain Volo'ren and Brawlgoth counts for 25%, but the nearby Grulk isn't part of the quest. Release the Bound Citizens from tridents impaling them to structures.
