That Which Hungers is a C'Thrax that partially emerged from a Void portal in the Chamber of Heart. It was after the 
[Heart of Azeroth], which Magni and the champion were empowering for the third time.

- Though not clearly visible in-game due to the visual effects, it uses a then-unique C'Thrax model with blades instead of claws.
