Tevan Whitfield was a rather handsome Forsaken blacksmith who once needed the help of Vellcinda Benton with replacing his injured hand. He admitted to her that he questioned the Forsaken's reason to be. This prompted Vellcinda to think about it too and discuss the matter with others, eventually establishing the Desolate Council as a government body in the absence of Queen Sylvanas and as a response to the strict Forsaken culture. He died during the third invasion of the Burning Legion when he faced his greatest fear and lost the gamble. Vellcinda remembered him during a memorial ceremony.[1]
