Tercin Shivenllher is an apparent blood elf aristocrat originally wandering Silvermoon City with his Arcane Demolisher. Now he is stationed outside of the city gate, at the Shepherd's Gate in Eversong Woods. In truth, he is a homunculus created by the Burning Legion to infiltrate their enemies.
