Template talk:WoW RPG classes

Move on

As I have been sorting out these pages it occurred to me that wowpedia needs to move on from this RPG information, starting with this template. Why not (IDK how to make one) create a similar template with classes that WoW's NPCs use? Some classes are indeed RPG exclusive but some of them are being used in WoW. --Mordecay (talk) 17:32, 4 June 2015 (UTC)

Some are in WoW and some were in Warcraft III. The RPG existed to expand on what was already there in both. NPC prefixes and suffixes imply classes, but there is often minimal consistency between them and minimal notability involved. Without the non-canon RPG lore, what would the pages consist of? A list? Speculation on what the "class" means? Consider the Defias mobs. Do all of those titles have enough information about them to deserve a page? I do not think so. True. There's so many of them with almost no information. Well, yes, I was thinking of lists of mobs and their abilities, but after all, it could be pointless at this point.--Mordecay (talk) 21:00, 4 June 2015 (UTC)
