Fix for level and smallicon not passing to NPC sometimes

I noticed that the passing of level and smallicon were not working in some cases. I simplified the code at {{mob/test}} to test a fix and I'm rolling it into this template. Basically, I'm using less {{#if:...|...}} and that seems to work. -- Fandyllic (talk · contr) 11:28 AM PST 29 Apr 2008

Small icon

Levels

With the level squish in Shadowlands, it is too much of an hassle trying to keep everything up-to-date. I'd say we drop the parameter from this and keep the level data specific to the NPC's infobox instead. TL;DR, okay to remove the level parameter from this template?
