Icon?

I reverted the addition of the icon as I think it's a bit over the top - thoughts? User:Kirkburn/Sig3 18:43, 7 August 2007 (UTC)

Hehe, I was the one who added it so here are my reasons: I thought it looked more uniform to other notices like this, for example we use this all the time:

shortcut iconSee also: Wowwiki:Templates
I think the icon makes text stand out more, which personally seems like a good thing for this, as the main article is important to note. In fact, were it me I would match the style to the AlsoSee exactly, it would look the most consistent that way. --Jiyambi t || c 18:47, 7 August 2007 (UTC)

Adding a dot?

I think it would be nice if this template fits more with template:for, so why don't add a dot?--Iggey (talk) 10:21, 26 January 2009 (UTC)

Documentation request

It would be great if someone who knows how templates work could write some quick documentation on how to use this: it's pretty self-explanatory, but I'm wondering if I can modify the appearance of the main article input to make it look cleaner, e.g. turning Mount#Augmenting a mount into Augmenting a mount

The closest I can get is something like:

Main article: [[Augmenting a mount|Augmenting a mount]]
