Talonpriest Zellek can be found at Skettis in Terokkar Forest in the west part of the Blackwind Lake at the highest top of the treehouse village.
He can only be fought under the effects of 
[Elixir of Shadows].
Abilities
Drain Life — Drains 80 health from an enemy over 5 sec., transferring it to the caster.
Head Smash — Inflicts normal damage plus 10 on an enemy, stunning it for 2 sec.
