Temple of Akunda / Scorched Sands Outpost - neutral?

- The temple belongs to Akunda and he is neutral, but there are several Voldunai NPCs here, so, is the temple neutral or belongs to the horde?
- All NPCs in Scorched Sands Outpost are neutral, so, is the outpost neutral or belongs to the horde?

They both serve as quest hubs for Horde players, and Akunda helps the Zandalari against the Alliance in the Battle of Dazar'alor (at least indirectly through Akunda's Aspect), so I would say that they're Horde lorewise. If we list the subzones based on gameplay, though, it makes more sense to put them as neutral since (AFAIK) both factions can interact with the NPCs and use the facilities. -- DeludedTroll (talk • contribs) 16:07, 14 November 2019 (UTC)
