It might be worth noting that with the revamp of Onyxia's Lair, it is now impossible to complete the Draconic For Dummies line of this quest chain. Sadly, only players that acquired Ony's chapter of DFD prior to this patch can complete the quest chain now. --Sagax (talk) 21:58, October 6, 2009 (UTC)

Patch 4.0.3a

This appears to be permanently over now. I was half-way through the red and blue chains and both gone from my quest log (the one in Blackrock raid where you need to talk to the dragon & then have an hour to kill Nefarion - which bugged last Saturday as the Draknoids did not spawn). I still have volumes VII & VIII of Draconic for Dummies in my bag as white items though. Certainly the island where the Chimaera for [Chimaerok Tenderloin] lived is now underwater off Ferelas so it is at least broken. Tequima (talk) 21:58, 24 November 2010 (UTC)

Yea. Still had the chapters after 4.0.3a. The quest was gone so you couldn't pick them up anymore. Haven't checked, but the gnome may have been a little BBQed given what's happened to Steamweedle Port on the world map. The reskilling books also gone, with the gnome, presumably. Can junk the chapters (and the binder), in case you were wondering if keeping them was worth the sentiment and get some bag space back. Rei-gouki (talk) 11:29, 30 November 2010 (UTC)
