When does it exist?

It appears to have been created during Burning Crusade, though I don't see any way it is dropped. Armory and Thottbot both support this theory. Wowhead says that it exists during Cataclysm, however it doesn't show anywhere that it drops. Since 2/4 say since bc, and 1/4 says during cata, I would be more willing to believe the first. The item ID supports it having been added in BC, as well as the fact that it's an obvious pair to  [The Stoppable Force]. However, the fact that neither Wowhead nor Allakhazam recognizes the ID suggests that it was probably added to the DB but doesn't actually drop anywhere. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 03:12, September 14, 2010 (UTC)
