Which country?

Since "A privateer was a private warship authorized by a country's government by letters of marque to attack foreign shipping." which country do they work for? TherasTaneel (talk) 00:56, November 21, 2009 (UTC)

I think it would be 'faction' in Warcraft. I am guessing it is Silvermoon or the Steamwheedle Cartel, but if it is not said anywhere it should not be added, unless there is more hints to go on.--SWM2448 01:09, November 21, 2009 (UTC)
