Is it for sure that this quest was added in Patch 4.0.3a? According to Wowhead and WowDB, the quest and its associated items were all added before Patch 1.11.0, presumably before the original game launched. (Junkerd (talk) 14:39, 15 November 2017 (UTC))

When Cataclysm revamped the old world, they reused many quest IDs from the removed ones. The moonwell chain on Teldrassil existed since vanilla, but was significantly revamped in Cataclysm with all the quests renamed and rewritten, so for all intents and purposes I considered them new quests with reused IDs. - Linneris (talk) 14:43, 15 November 2017 (UTC)

Looking at old vanilla databases, I managed to find the original quest for the  [Amethyst Phial]:  [11] Crown of the Earth, I could also just have clicked on the item itself, which says it's part of that quest (outdated), but it seems you're correct, sorry for bothering ^^ (Junkerd (talk) 14:59, 15 November 2017 (UTC))
