Reward scaling

(Applies to A [10-70 Daily] "Let the Fires Come!", H [10-70 Daily] "Let the Fires Come!", A [1-70 Daily] Stop the Fires! and H [1-70 Daily] Stop the Fires!

It is obvious that the rewards in money and XP scale with the level of the character. But does anyone have any reliable numbers? At least we should have the minimum values (for a level 1 character) and a maximum (for a level 79 character). Level 80 gets money for the XP. Can we calculate the lvl 80 equivalent XP from the amount? --Hops Splurt (talk) 15:05, November 21, 2009 (UTC)

Quest level

(Applies to A [10-70 Daily] "Let the Fires Come!", H [10-70 Daily] "Let the Fires Come!", A [1-70 Daily] Stop the Fires! and H [1-70 Daily] Stop the Fires!

I believe the quest level is always equal to the character level, and the quest is available for all characters from lvl 1 to lvl 80. How do we express this:

  • In the {{questbox}}
  • When refering to the quest with {{questlong}}

 [Weighted Jack-o'-Lantern]

(Applies to A [10-70 Daily] "Let the Fires Come!", H [10-70 Daily] "Let the Fires Come!", A [1-70 Daily] Stop the Fires! and H [1-70 Daily] Stop the Fires!

When exactly is this a reward, and when not? It appears to be granted only once a day. Obviously you get one for "Let the Fires Come!", because you can only do that quest once a day, and you can't do it after you have done Stop the Fires!.

But when do you get it for Stop the Fires!?

  • Once a day, the first time you are present when the fires are put out? So if you have done "Let the Fires Come!" already, you won't get it.
  • Once a day, the first time you do this quest? So if you have done "Let the Fires Come!" already, you will get it.
  • Every time you complete Stop the Fires!?
  • According to another rule?

If you complete "Let the Fires Come!", you are no longer offered "Stop the Fires!" that day. As well, if you have one of those two in your quest log, you are not offered the other. --Eirik Ratcatcher (talk) 23:35, December 2, 2009 (UTC)
