Redesign

Duration?

Hmm.. Does anyone know if there is a duration to Soulshatter? Cooldown, of course, is not necessarily the same. It doesn't say in-game either.

There isn't a duration. It doesn't reduce the threat you're generating, it reduces the threat you've already generated. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 20:38, January 9, 2010 (UTC)
