Eliminate all life???

Well i was thinking, the new plague they are mading is told to eliminate all life, that includes the orcs, trolls and tauren too? Or they are just talking about the alliance, scourge and burning legion? I am sorry if it's told in a part of the lore, i just didnt knew the forsaken would want to betray the horde. - Benitoperezgaldos
