Should we really categorized these guys as wisps, considering they are human souls? Xporc (talk) 15:09, 5 August 2019 (UTC)

But they take the shape of a wisp, don't they? Silviu200530 (talk) 15:10, 5 August 2019 (UTC)

They do indeed use the same model. I think this is just a question of available models, since the wisp model has long ears, which ofc the models of the Spectral Citizens and Ghostly Citizens do not. As far as we know, I think the "wisp" is purely a night elven phenomenon no? PeterWind (talk) 20:20, 5 August 2019 (UTC)
Ahhh, wisps are the souls of night elves and those citizens are common humans... well it says that wisps are for night elves, I don't think it counts for human, now that you mention it, I'm no longer sure... Wisps are ghosts and ghost surely take the shape and form of any creature they become. I suggest the Category:Souls be removed, since they won't belong in Stratholme unless they got killed there. So... it's worth categorizing them as ghosts because they aren't actually night elves?

Oh! And also, are the humans that became a wisp before? Silviu200530 (talk) 20:37, 5 August 2019 (UTC)

Well these NPCs specifically are the souls of Spectral Citizens and Ghostly Citizens in Stratholme. As such I think the soul category is fine. But it does make me wonder about other NPCs using the wisp model... PeterWind (talk) 21:40, 5 August 2019 (UTC)
Meh, I guess it's better to just call the wisps. If we try to argue that they are not wisps because they are not night elven, then down the line we'll argue about people like Blind Mary being banshees or not Xporc (talk) 22:23, 5 August 2019 (UTC)
Heh, well I guess that's a fair point. PeterWind (talk) 23:10, 5 August 2019 (UTC)
