Talk:Ralo'shan the Eternal Watcher

The speculation claims she refers to Cataclysm. What if it has to do with something in Cataclysm? Uldum is said to go into the southern, unused part of Ahn'Qiraj. So is it possible there'll be another rise of C'Thun and the Qiraji? Just a thought. IconSmall FelbloodElf Male.gifWarlockMykael Mourningsun (talk) 08:14, November 2, 2009 (UTC)

Well back then, it most likely referred to the "re-opening of the Gates of Ahn'Qiraj", and it might be picked up for Cataclysm again, but I wouldn't count on it. ~ Nathanyel (talk) 17:29, November 2, 2009 (UTC)
I'm totally for removing the statement as it's just not logical. She said the same thing in the vanilla WoW days, before the Gates were opened, so that's obviously what she's referring to. Even if it was viewed as a post-gate opening quote, it's placement in the game that early would've more than likely been a reference to the Emerald Dream. Vaxas (talk) 10:58, November 21, 2009 (UTC)
Agree. You've my support to remove it, since I don't see it has anything to do with Cataclysm; but wait a time to see if someone is against our decision.--Lon-ami (talk) 15:27, November 21, 2009 (UTC)

The prophecy about the shattering.

Added this small speculation section since Ralo'shan's words are quite obvious to anyone capabale to reading any (not even those subtle) underline messages: The world weeps, <race>. Perhaps a new sundering comes. A sickness born from within... ---> Deathwing rises from the Deepholme which's within the world and causes the shattering. Also Deathwing's own word about the " world heaving with his torment" can easly be taken as a paraphrasing of Ralo'shan's word about the weeping world. (or possibly the other way around, since she can possibly see the future as the servant of the Brozne Dragonflight). IconSmall BloodElf2 Male.gif Encaitar (DiscussionDeeds) 13:59, 28 June 2011 (UTC)

PS. In-case over-zealous people come to argue that "Oh no no, she meant the Opening of the Gates event", she might've aswell not meant it. You don't know it, she mentioned many things, and opening of the gates didn't cause new shattering. Yet Deathwing did. Also it's a Blizzard game. Do you really think that they do not plan the story this little ahead and hide small hints? Like Maiden of Virtue quote about the "coming death" and Yogg-saron relation of this quote that is speculated for a long time?

Dead or alive

How should I understand that the <It would seem her watch has finally ended.> quote is from the PTR where she is also supposedly alive? --Mordecay (talk) 21:52, 7 December 2017 (UTC)

I don't think it is on PTR. I thought it was on live now. ReignTG (talk) 00:00, 8 December 2017 (UTC)
Me too. User:MyMindWontQuiet commented that the death quote is from PTR and he hid it, probably with intention to revert it when the patch comes live? --Mordecay (talk) 11:17, 8 December 2017 (UTC)
Yeah I believe it was still PTR when I hid it, but now that the Antorus patch is live it should be live too. -- MyMindWontQuiet 15:24, 8 December 2017 (UTC)

Since she says I have been slain a hundred times. I always wake here, alive. Some say I am cursed and others... They say that I am blessed: A herald to harken in a new age. Does that mean we'll see her in the nearby future? Should we add this to the speculation section? --Ryon21 (talk) 00:36, 16 December 2017 (UTC)

She comes back to life again in 7.3.5. -- MyMindWontQuiet 19:51, 16 December 2017 (UTC)
Well... that was predictible. --Ryon21 (talk) 19:57, 16 December 2017 (UTC)
