Apparently the 9.1.5 changes to this quest (and 
[8-30D] A Budding Young Surgeon) did not go live:
1) This quest is still called Patrice Lancaster Sends Word and is still turned in to Patrice Lancaster (Wowhead is actually WRONG here).
2) A Budding Young Surgeon starts from Patrice Lancaster rather than Chief Surgeon Gashweld (Again, Wowhead is wrong).
Also, Gnomes can do either normal, or gnome-exclusive versions of Patrice Lancaster Sends Word, and once it's done, they can do either A Budding Young Surgeon or Favored of the Light. They cannot do both normal and gnome-exclusive versions of the quest. Kruggov (talk) 09:11, 11 December 2021 (UTC)
