Anyone have any information on how often it procs? Adrenis 01:48, 10 October 2007 (UTC)

Not entirely sure yet, although I think it's between 6% and 10%. My tests indicate that there isn't an internal cooldown, and it can also proc off of periodic damage in addition to spell casts. This can actually result in some amusing chain-casts of AoE spells, since there is a chance to proc off of each damage packet in Hurricane. If the tank has 3 or more targets, odds are good you're going to get at LEAST one proc off during the cast, allowing you to chain cast Hurricane for free. Here's to hoping they don't change it. --GW-Phydeaux (talk) 20:18, 21 October 2008 (UTC)
Channeled spells work different than non-channeled periodic spells, in this case - hurricane *can* proc OoC, but Moonfire-DOT can not.
However, the article says that OoC has a 10s internal cooldown (as of 3.0.2) but I have seen it refresh at 3 seconds (I think I was creating bandages... Tradeskills have a hilariously high proc chance of OoC. I already thought about creating bandages during boss fights when OOM) so I definitely doubt that statement. No proof though. -watchout 00:37, 9 January 2009 (UTC)
Omen of Clarity most certainly does not have any internal cooldown. I've had it proc multiple times in a row, allowing me to land multiple Shreds in the duration of a single Pounce, allowing me to spam a free ability every global cooldown. - Alltat (talk) 13:32, 4 August 2009 (UTC)
