Nothing changed

I recently paid the 10 bucks to have my name changed, and almost 12 hours later nothing has happened. Blizz is close since it's Sunday and I don't know if they're going to be opened Christmas Eve, so what can/should I do? I did log on around 5 minutes I pressed "accept" for the name change, is that why my name wasn't changed?   Mr.X8 Talk Contribs 19:05, 23 December 2007 (UTC)

Ask on the Customer Service Forum for your respective locale. There's a specific process that needs to happen in order for the name change to take place. It is automated iirc, but there is typically a queue of people in front of you. --k_d³ 19:07, 23 December 2007 (UTC)

Cost of name change?

Right now, the page says that a name change costs $5 / 8€ / £6. I can confirm that in the US, a name change is $10 USD, not $5, so I'm editing the article to reflect that. Frankly, $10USD is more in line exchange-rate-wise than $5 when compared to €8 or £6. (BTW, Euro prices are written with a leading Euro symbol.) Can any European players confirm the current Euro or GBP price for a name change? (I tried, but when accessing the European FAQ page, apparently my browser gets into an infinite redirect between wow-europe.com and eu.battle.net.) Thanks. ProtocolOH (talk) 17:52, 10 May 2009 (UTC)
