Well there appears to be several mammoths (http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?search=Mammoth#npcs) here and they would seem exotic to me... that and since they're making it the 51 talent point they're going to have to have at least 6-10 exotic animals to tame... normally I would doubt gryphons, though I could see Wyverns being used... just like bats or dragonhawks, and perhaps even hippogryphs.
