IMO yes. Jala Ironhorn only appears when you unlock the Highmountain tauren race option, like any other allied race works Xporc (talk) 12:58, 25 February 2019 (UTC)

Seems there are a few "old-world" Ironhorns, who I am uncertain about.. But I think it's reasonable to assume that the one at the embassy is porbably related to the Highmountain Ironhorns. PeterWind (talk) 13:13, 25 February 2019 (UTC)
