I moved it because I saw in the datamine a place in Zandalar called Horde Embassy. Since this subzone of Orgrimmar is not currently in-game I didn't think it was a big deal. From what I gather, there will also be troll embassies of each empire in Zandalar. That's a nice touch. Xporc (talk) 08:12, 1 February 2018 (UTC)

Necro here! While "Horde Embassy" was planned to be present in Zandalar as per the link above and the unreleased quest  [110 - 120] We Gotta Job to Do, a later build changed that [1]: The Great Seal - Name changed from "Horde Embassy, Zuldazar" to "The Great Seal".
