Removed?

should this guy be given a removed tag? i mainly ask because i'm not sure if the quest (and thus the torch to summon him) is completely removed, or just can no longer be picked up (in which case someone who still has it could theoretically summon him) —Eithris (talk) 22:33, 4 August 2019 (UTC)

Hmm, I think the typical move in regards to quest mobs is to tag them as removed. On the other hand Theldren and his companions are not marked as removed. Theldren can still be fought, but the item to summon him is similarly no longer obtainable. Not sure on this one! PeterWind (talk) 23:20, 4 August 2019 (UTC)
