Haris Pilton

OMG this is so lame by Blizzard...I love Paris Hilton, why must they parody everything..? Damn them! --Shandris 11:27, 23 October 2006 (EDT)

What! I mean, it isn't even saying Paris Hilton, now is it? ;-) --Tinkerer 11:30, 23 October 2006 (EDT)
Paris Hilton is my goddess, don't touch her, Blizzard! --Shandris 11:33, 23 October 2006 (EDT)
Hm, what Paris Hilton? ;) --Tinkerer 11:35, 23 October 2006 (EDT)
Her pet Tinkerbell is there too, could someone update the screenshot? :-). Iggey 16:50, 23 October 2006 (EDT)
LOL, gotta love that NPC... So true, so true... --Sul'jin 08:54, 8 January 2007 (EST)
I knew her via this game. I didn't knew what was a Paris Hilton until I found her around the tavern and someone told me it was modeled from a real life person O_o -- Ravenore, the Necroshadowmancer 19:28, 15 August 2007 (UTC)
Well, the sad part is thatglamorizing someone thats more irritating then interesting and including IT in the game ruined the wow experience for me completely. I hope I never accidentally come across that THING and will try to avoid IT. RP gaming and this is just a disgrace and Blizzard should be ashamed of promoting such brats as her in-game !!! Maybe Blizz can cop on to themselves and add this char to normal and non-RP Servers ONLY and leave that cheap cra(p) away form RP Servers. Its hardly RP if you get reminded of brats like that THING in the real world every 5 minutes !!! Its hard enough trying to ignore all the celebrity gossip cra(p) on a daily bases it just seems to be everywhere. Thanks Blizz for joining the queue,..what's next in-game OK magazine... lol ...wouldn't be surprised. --Gontronix (talk) 15:03, 9 July 2008 (UTC)
Hey, Gontronix, it could be worse: they could have Britney Spears or Michael Jackson parodies in the game. Still, having ANY celebrity parodies in the game is complete B.S. if you don't get to kill them; they get immunity from the law in real-life, why should they get immunity from everything in a game? Questgiver?

Does she give quests or just stand around?--Illidan Rocks 06:50, 8 January 2007 (EST)

She's standing around doing nothing. --Tinkerer 09:01, 8 January 2007 (EST)
Totally unlike her real-world counterpart, of course ... -- User:Kirkburn/Sig 10:23, 8 January 2007 (EST)
You mean her real-world counterpart never tells people to go and do things for her that she can't be bothered to do herself? That's the definition of a questgiver, isn't it? :p --Illidan Rocks 15:56, 10 January 2007 (EST)

Does this warrant own article?

Shouldn't this be added to List of pop culture references in Warcraft instead of here?

No, she's an NPC, she gets an article :) All NPCs have articles. User:Kirkburn/Sig 09:25, 29 January 2007 (EST)

Tinkerbell

I think the reference would have been much better if they had made Tinkerbell's model a rat.--Swich 01:29, 11 July 2007 (UTC)

I agree.--SWM2448 19:30, 15 August 2007 (UTC)

Ugh!

One more reason to hate blood elves. Did Blizzard have to inflict this particular pop culture reference upon their loyal customers?

Then again, "Paris Hilton as blood elf" is kind of funny...if only because it's so apt. —Qit el-Remel 06:00, 27 November 2007 (UTC)

Ricole Nichie

It has been rumoured that an invisible, undead NPC, Ricole Nichie <Ex-socialite>, exists next to Haris Pilton, and is only visible when  [The Eye of Divinity] is worn --WoWWiki-Stewart (talk) 23:16, 12 May 2008 (UTC)

She's real--SWM2448 23:20, 12 May 2008 (UTC)

She requires rep to buy from?

A friend tells me he can't buy from her on his character, who is neutral with all the shattrath factions, I haven't checked into it, but it's seems strange since she doesn't show as belonging to anything. - —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Saphiredragon89 (talk · contr).

She's part of the Lower City faction. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 04:00, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
I see, I wonder what rep you gotta be at before she sells to you--Saphiredragon89 (talk) 04:15, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
Most likely at least friendly, she likes friendly people. User:CoobraSssssssssssssssssssssssss User:CoobraFor Pony! {TDon't hiss at me.CIf you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all.) 07:15, 16 July 2008 (UTC)
Probably at least Honored or Revered. Celebrities like the one this character's modeled after tend to act like you shouldn't even exist unless you're important in some way. Felindre (talk) 14:34, 10 August 2008 (UTC)

New bag she'll sell...

According to the patch notes, she'll have a new 24 slot bag for sale.  [Portable Hole]. Is it just me, or does this sound like an inside joke by Blizzard about her...err...privates?

It sounds more like a cartoon or D&D reference to me. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 04:29, November 13, 2009 (UTC)
Portable hole. Snake.gifSssssssssssssssssssssssss Coobra sig3.gifFor Pony! (Sssss/Slithered) 05:22, November 13, 2009 (UTC)
Obviously it sounds D&D'ish, but if you've ever seen her sex tape, watched the episode of South Park they parodied her in, you'd see the humours private part reference.

Unless they specifically referred to her nethers as a portable hole, though, I'm gonna have to go with the far more well-known and considerably less filthy cartoon/D&D part. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 23:19, November 13, 2009 (UTC)
