What is the forge?

So is the swamp area the forge, or does the forge conjure up an area, based on the person being tested? PeterWind (talk) 23:29, 2 February 2018 (UTC)

Probably the latter. Haven't seen anything indicating what exactly the Forge is. --Mordecay (talk) 00:10, 3 February 2018 (UTC)
Yeah that's what I thought aswell. There are the Ancient Guides popping up here and there. Still not done with the area, as I was busy messing about in there. PeterWind (talk) 00:48, 3 February 2018 (UTC)

I´d like to revive this. Currently, the page says "The Forge of Aeons is an important place to the Army of the Light. It is here that members of the army must face their inner turmoil in order to pass the tests and become Lightforged."

The problem is that neither Fareeya nor T´paartos don´t specifically refer to the Forge of Aeons as an area that belongs to the Army of the Light, instead they just say a trial and embracing fate. Should it be trimmed or should we continue assuming that? It maybe could go with just "it is an area of a quest" type of sentence.
On a more speculative note, before we enter the portal to the area, there are two other Ldraenei that go to the portal, but we never see them when we are in the zone. Would it be safe to say that they are somewhere else? Could it mean that the area is different for each Ldraenei (pair) and it is something like a "dream / memory / past realm" instead of a real area belonging to the Army? --Mordecay (talk) 18:21, 18 November 2019 (UTC)
I think it can be safely assumed the place is not "real" but instead is composed of the memories of the one taking the trial as indicated by T'paartos texts, the mobs etc. Whether the place happens in T'paartos' head or in an area that changes to fit the one taking the test, no idea. Either way, that initial text seems okay since it only says that the Army members go there to pass the test, thus it is an important place to them in order to become Lightforged. --Ryon21 (talk) 18:53, 18 November 2019 (UTC)
