The "DoT" on Fireball is so pathetic that it doesn't even deserve to be called a DoT. The most it will ever do is 84 damage over 8 seconds, which, at level 66+, is completely worthless. Felindre

New spell effect

The level required

Is it still learned at level 12? Does that mean that [Frostfire Bolt] is available to the Fire spec at levels 10 and 11? I'm too lazy to check it at live servers.--Adûnâi (talk) 17:51, 10 March 2015 (UTC)
