Talk:Falanaar

Speculating on the origin of Falanaar's etymology, given the presence of spiders inside the temple and all around, and the use of "Fal" in the name "Fal'dorei", should that prefix carry meaning, I guess "Fal" means "spider".--KIROCHI) 19:11, 16 August 2019 (UTC)

Possibly, but that assumes it was always full of spiders. It could just as easily be the other way around, with the fal'dorei being named after the city of their origin and subsequently cultivating the spiders. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 19:16, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
Agreed, but though the exact process of how fal'dorei were turned is purposely left vague, a fusion with local spiders sounds likely to me. Nothing conclusive though.--KIROCHI) 20:34, 16 August 2019 (UTC)
