Emerald Colossus is name Blizzard gave to this mob. Its name has plural and singular meanings. It is not called Emerald Colossi or Emerald Colossuses. Can we please leave the original name intact? Korval (talk) 17:24, August 3, 2010 (UTC)
- "Colossi" is the plural of "colossus," and unless Blizzard used "colossus" in the plural (and I can't imagine they would) then "colossi" is correct. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 17:40, August 3, 2010 (UTC)
- Except in every article I've created I used singular verbiage to describe the mob and no one has changed them to be plural. Examples:
- "Colossal Gyreworm is a level 83 elite gyreworm" (http://www.wowwiki.com/Colossal_Gyreworm)
- "Ravenous Tunneler are level 83 gyreworms" (http://www.wowwiki.com/Ravenous_Tunneler)
- "Stonescale Drake is a level 82 stone drake" (http://www.wowwiki.com/Stonescale_Drake)

- Mob articles really should be in plural form to indicate there is more than one of them roaming around. Now if there is only one of them, then singular form is good. (Sssss/Slithered) 18:21, August 3, 2010 (UTC)
- Oh. Okay I didn't realize that. I'll endeavor to do that in the future. Korval (talk) 18:50, August 3, 2010 (UTC)
