Yes. I discovered this last night when I hit 80 on my Monk and went to Vashj'ir. It sounds like there were some conflicting phasing issues with all the different quests in the harbor. Hopefully it's only temporary. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 15:53, 30 September 2017 (UTC)
