Cannot be refreshed as of 5.4.7?

I'm actually not sure when this change occurred, but 5.4.7 is the obvious guess. It used to be possible to spam this every GCD (keeping the duration refreshed); you now get "You can't do that yet" when you try before the buff expires from the previous use. This guy said it was only Timeless Isle, but I just confirmed it for Dalaran, Kun-Lai Summit, and Orgrimmar. Perhaps instances would be different? Anyway, not sure where to put this since I can't confirm whether it was a patch or hotfix. - jerodast (talk) 00:59, 10 March 2014 (UTC)
