Frigates

Is there a reason that there is no mention of the Battleships being slightly altered Frigates, or was that just lost in the revamps?--SWM2448 01:26, 7 October 2016 (UTC)

Kul tiran ships battleships?

seems odd to include the kul tiran ships featured in bfa under battleship, since they easily fit in a class of their own. Should it get its own page? ConmanW (talk) 04:42, 27 December 2018 (UTC)

Maybe warship or something? They are based on real life ship of the lines vs the type of ship they based the other battleships on. Ship designations come from size, armament, and rigging style. And in almost every way those ships differ from the standard wow battleship ConmanW (talk) 05:14, 27 December 2018 (UTC)

The standard WoW battleship is what they called a frigate but with more guns. They are back to battleships being battleships now because they finally decided to model one. This discrepancy can be noted better.--SWM2448 05:17, 27 December 2018 (UTC)

The Swift Vengeance and Death's Advance are battleships?

These are new type flagships and massive in size for sure; but they have no single anti-ship broadside cannons at all, which is quite odd for battleships.
As shown in The Swift Vengeance during A Bitter Reunion, the ship's armaments are 10 each ballistae at each side instead, total 20 each. Gspbeetle72543 (talk) 13:44, 24 May 2020 (UTC)

I really doubt Blizzard knows the specifics of what makes a vessel a battleship or whatever type. If they are on those pages is because they have been called like that at some point in the story. No matter how these ships are in real life, in WoW is another thing. --Ryon21 (talk) 14:26, 24 May 2020 (UTC)

Golden fleet battleships

Should we include Golden Fleet battleship in this article as well?
The picture of Rastakhan's Might has been put into the Destroyer article, which contradicts to both articles (Golden Fleet & Rastakhan's Might).
In addition, the larger Zandari ships also have different armaments than the smaller destroyers, with broadside cannons and a main cannon at the "mouth". Gspbeetle72543 (talk) 13:44, 24 May 2020 (UTC)
