Whassa coefficient?

I kind of get the idea you're going for here, but you might want to explain a bit more... Right now, it's just lists of apparently random percentages and abilities... The first paragraph from the page you linked from the death knigget thing could work if reworded some; "Abilities that are not based on weapon damage generate a base amount of damage plus a percentage of the attack power.", or something like that. I don't know well enough to say that's accurate, so I didn't put it in myself... --Azaram (talk) 02:40, 25 February 2009 (UTC)

Thanks. :) --Azaram (talk) 16:47, 26 February 2009 (UTC)
I've also created a weapon damage article explaining how damage is calculated for abilities which deal weapon damage or a percentage of weapon damage. -- Gordon Ecker (talk) 01:35, 27 February 2009 (UTC)

Ability spam

I will be attacking this page over adding ability tags to all abilitys. Feel free to help me :) Richwarf (talk) 13:34, May 30, 2010 (UTC)

Automatic updating

Several fields now update automatically by scanning the tooltip, via {{#using:pagename|Attack power coefficient}} that fetches the tooltip description and parses it using Template:Attack power coefficient. This will fail if the tooltips change drastically in format.

I've gone through and cleaned things up, trimming out many abilities that are no longer in the game or adding the automatic updating so that values are current rather than a decade old. But still... I cannot shake the feeling that this page is redundant. DDC (talk) 21:26, 15 July 2021 (UTC)

I feel like if this page still has value, it's only in presenting data for Classic. -- Dark T Zeratul (talk) 22:18, 15 July 2021 (UTC)
