Gaining Exalted with Alliance Vanguard

The Alliance Vanguard can be directly championed, meaning its possible to be exalted for the Alliance Vanguard while being at or close to the starting rep for the member factions. A character certainly WILL be exalted with Alliance Vanguard if they gain 82,000 rep in any combination of Silver Convenant, Frostborn, Valliance Expedition or Explorer's League factions - raising any two to exalted (42K+42K), 1 to exalted with 2 to honored (42K+21K+21K), or 4 (21K*4) to honored for example Farproc (talk) 14:45, 11 May 2009 (UTC)

Or more simply, just don't put any Wotlk-reputation-faction tabard on your shoulder when doing a lvl80 dungeon and you'll get your reputation up to exalted. (Juste like for the Horde)

Another variation

You can also continue to get 1/2 credit for Alliance Vanguard from quests that would raise one of the related faction reputations past the reputation cap (999/1000 Exalted).

I was exalted with AV with VE at Exalted and not much progress on the other 3 because there are more than 42k worth of quests for VE reputation. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Mbenford (talk · contr).
