Why is the Acolyte considered a lore character? It's a generic unit?--Flamestrider 14:15, 11 February 2007 (EST)

Good point, removed. User:Kirkburn/Sig 14:17, 11 February 2007 (EST)

Draenei Ones

I'm pretty sure there's Draenei Acolytes in Shatt. IconSmall HighElf Male.gif Mr.X8 Talk Contribs

Introduction needs some work

The intro section needs to be less scourge/forsaken specific, and have an explanation that points out all non-undeadish style acolytes found in other cultures, races and religions.Baggins 21:37, 7 January 2008 (UTC)

I think it would be better to do a separate article about non-Scourge Acolytes, given that it was one of their units in Warcraft 3. -- Dark T Zeratul 21:52, 7 January 2008 (UTC)

The problem is acolytes also appear in numerous "npcs" in WoW as well. So acoloyte makes the best disambig page for them all.Baggins 21:56, 7 January 2008 (UTC)

Alliance section

This puzzles me: "Acolytes in the alliance are people training to be priests or priestess. They work under a priest or priestess. These acolytes are not associated with the undead and practice the same arcane magic as their mentor does." Priests don't use arcane magic; they use Holy and Shadow. I will repair this immediately.
