Talk:Abyssal Shatter

This is not similar to disenchanting since it is regular trade skill that requires reagents and has determined product item. One could say it's similar to Void Shatter. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by TAP3AH (talk · contr).

Except you're not taking a crystal and shattering into shards. You're taking a crystal and turning into dust or essence... not to mention its description actually says Disenchants. Snake.gifSssssssssssssssssssssssss Coobra sig3.gifFor Pony! (Sssss/Slithered) 06:00, December 30, 2009 (UTC)
It doesn't matter it says Disenchants it the tooltip. Comparing this trade skill with disenchanting is totally misleading. Disenchanting is a special ability learned automatically when you learn Enchanting. It's not listed among your recipes and it doesn't have predefined reagents. On the other hand Abyssal Shatter is a trade skill recipe learned at predefined skill level, requires predefined reagents and is listed into your recipe list. Also, Abyss Crystal --> Greater Cosmic Essence/Infinite Dust is definitely much more similar to Void Crystal --> Large Prismatic Shards than to <some equipment item> --> <some enchanting mats>. These are my arguments and I think they make sense, so I'm gonna undo you undo.TAP3AH (talk) 01:02, January 2, 2010 (UTC)
Whatever, I don't care enough to have an argument about this. Snake.gifSssssssssssssssssssssssss Coobra sig3.gifFor Pony! (Sssss/Slithered) 05:32, January 2, 2010 (UTC)
