Description
Not many tortollans make it out here to Vol'dun. Which is a shame. They're terrific traders with a knack for having just the thing you're looking for. So when I find one that's friendly and reliable, I make sure to keep in touch. My favorite tortollan trader, Torka, has hit a bit of bad luck lately. I was thinking about sending some food his way to help out. Help him out now so he'll help me out later, you know? You want to take it to him? I'm sure he'd be grateful to you for the trouble.
