The Synchronous Thread is created with Tailoring (150); taught by 
[Pattern: Synchronous Thread] and directly as a quest reward from 
[50] Cut from the Same Cloth.
It is used to close Time Rifts located throughout Kul Tiras, Zandalar, and Nazjatar.
