Patch changes

• Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now increases damage by 10% (was 15%). Rank 2 removed.
  
• Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now learned at level 29 (was 36). Rank 2 added at level 43: Symbols of Death causes your next combo point generator to critically strike.
  
• Hotfix (2017-09-05): Increases your damage by 10% in PvP situations (was 15%).
