Sylvanas' Lamenters are banshee summoned by 
[Sylvanas' Music Box]. Two of them will appear upon use of the item, and sing the Lament of the Highborne. The zone music will change, and they will disappear after three minutes.
Notes
- They may be summoned anywhere except arenas.
