Swirling Storms are lightning orbs that move around the Tomb of the Old Kings in Stormheim during 
[10-45] Legacy of the Icebreaker. They regularly deal damage to nearby enemies.
The first group of Swirling Storms is controlled by Reylar the Stormcaller near the entrance of the tomb and become dormant upon Reylar's death. The second group are a pair of Swirling Storms sealing the door into the Tomb of the Icebreaker and which can be permanently killed with 
[Heroic Throw].
