Survival of the Fittest is a row 4 hunter talent. It temporarily reduces damage taken by the hunter and their pet.

Patch changes

Hotfix (2023-12-05): Now reduces damage taken by an additional 10% in PvP combat.
Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 4 class talent (was a Tenacity pet/ [Lone Wolf] ability).
Tenacity pets and Lone Wolf now grant [Fortitude of the Bear] instead.
Patch 8.1.5 (2019-03-12): Pet ability icon changed (Lone Wolf version is unchanged).
