Glyphs

  • While in Stance of the Spirited Crane, your Surging Mist no longer requires a target, and instead heals a random injured target within 40 yards.
  • Requires Level 25

Patch changes

  • Legion Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Removed.
  • Warlords of Draenor Hotfix (2015-06-29): Fixed an issue where Surging Mist had no resource cost while Timewalking.
  • Warlords of Draenor Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Now available to all monk specializations. It costs 30 Energy in Ox or Tiger Stance, and continues to cost mana in Serpent Stance and Crane Stance. However, it only generates Chi for Mistweaver Monks.
Level requirement also reduced from level 34 to 12.
  • Mists of Pandaria Hotfix (2013-10-29): The glyphed version of Surging Mist should no longer incorrectly cost slightly less mana than the unglyphed version.
  • Mists of Pandaria Hotfix (2013-05-21): Surging Mist will again properly grant Chi to the casting Monk when healing targets other than themselves while Glyph of Surging Mist is active.
  • Mists of Pandaria Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Added.
