- Use: Activate anywhere within the Moonrest Gardens to teleport to the Surge Needle. If you are already atop the Surge Needle, use to teleport back down. (5 Sec Cooldown)
The Surge Needle Teleporter is provided as an objective for 
[15-30] Projections and Plans.
Notes
This item begins as 
[Goramosh's Strange Device]. It is not until it is given to either 
Image of Archmage Aethas Sunreaver or 
Image of Archmage Modera that is becomes a Surge Needle Teleporter.
