Suppressers appear during the fight to save Valithria Dreamwalker in the Icecrown Citadel. They'll prevent efficient healing to be performed on the green dragon the longer they remain active.
Abilities
Suppression (Channeled) 50,000 yd range — Reduces healing received by the target by 10%. Lasts until cancelled. Cast on Valithria.
