It is an exclusive choice node with [Inquisitor's Gaze].
Patch changes
- Patch 11.0.0 (2024-07-23): Removed.
- Hotfix (2023-04-13): Fixed an issue where Summon Soulkeeper could be cast while moving.

- Damage increased 100%.
- Can no longer be used if you have a Soulkeeper already active.

- Patch 10.0.5 (2023-01-24): Redesigned – Summons a Soulkeeper that consumes all Tormented Souls you've collected, blasting nearby enemies for Chaos damage per soul consumed over 8 seconds. You collect Tormented Souls from each target you kill and occasionally escaped souls you previously collected.
- Old: Summons a Soulkeeper that consumes all Tormented Souls you've collected, blasting nearby enemies for Chaos damage every 1 sec for each Tormented Soul consumed. You collect Tormented Souls from each target you kill and occasionally escaped souls you previously collected.
