Subjugator Val'rek is a nathrezim that appeared at the Legion Invasion locations where he mind-controls the denizens into servitude. He was unable to be attacked as long as he was mind-controlling them, thus ensuring his controlled subjects would be freed by those wishing to kill Subjugator Val'rek.
He also appears at the Lost Orchard in Azsuna during Legion Assaults.
Abilities
Carrion Swarm — Deals Shadow damage to all enemies in a cone in front of the caster.
Plague Volley — Conjures a volley of plague and throws it at an enemy, inflicting Shadow damage on impact as well as over 10 sec to all targets within 5 yards.
